It is known that when Einstein died, some exagerated scientists took Einstein's brain and cut it in pieces with the intention to get the botton of his intelligence. Well, those rare researchers failed. They didn't find nothing uncommon. They realized that Einstein's answers about his knowledge was right: "My brain is common, what it makes difference is my uncommon curiosity". Einstein prepared his mind for future ideas that would change the world. Are You preparing your mind for success? are You preparing your mind for a better future? Are You preparing your mind to overcome crisis and poverty and degradation? Success is a harvest which seed is a mindset.

In order to be a succesful person in 2023 we need to take on count three main principles. In one hand we have to be aware about our economical atmosphere. Venezuela is ruled by mainly state incomes from oil production realm. With Chevron's last deal, the government would elevate its budget. This will cause a higher consumption in the venezuelan market. Because more than 30% of our population depends on public spending. Nevertheless those imported items to Venezuela are cheaper than produce them here in our  country. This is a huge problem linked to prices and money exchanged. Actually there isn't financing for small and medium seized enterprises. Well, it is very difficult. Another thing that we need to face is informality in the economy. So, informal market doesn't tax. And those issues are dangerous with shocking  rates in devaluation and inflation. Some of these topics are crossed with remittances. Because our economy survives with foreign currency too. So, what's the point? Find your place in this economy and fight to earn each dollar.

Second, you have to improve your business skills. You have to know better your business. Every business has four pillars: finances (how to handle the money, how you get it and how you spend it), sales (how is your market, how is your customer), system (the process and the structure) and your teamwork (improve training time). Be focus on that. Third, sharpen your vision. Without vision we will live in ilussion. Einstein prepared his mind with vision and he changed the world. We may change this 2023 and our country.
